From the time I called to schedule to the appointment, from the time I was brought my keys, I had nothing but a very pleasant experience. The service department representative assigned to my case was professional & kind. He explained everything, down to the detail, they would be doing/completed finishing, on my vehicle. Joe Don Cross was also a great asset. I contacted him the night two of my tires were slashed by a former employee, at my business. He had me set up, for an appointment, the next day!
Customer service was great. Left with a decent monthly payment and a week later we were called that they were able to drop it down significantly. The people here are awesome.

Ben Bradford went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that I did not get an appropriate price for my trade-in, i pretty much got screwed.

I've been driving GM products for over 20 years I went and looked at a Dodge because it was rated number one and I sure am glad I did because it's the best truck I've ever owned it has more room in it it rides better and it's got all the other classes beat bar none also I like their service department they have a great service department in the salesman really knew his product was very polite and honest and that's what I like in a salesman

The buying experience went well, and I left with the vehicle I wanted. Brian Burkhalter was our salesman, and he was very helpful in explaining the vehicle as well as the process. Everyone seemed very nice and were all very helpful when needed. Overall, the expereience was a good one.

Just received a call from the sales manager apologizing for how things went when I purchased my Jeep Renegade. His willingness to express his concern for how things went meant a lot to me, enough to change original rating. I explained to him that we were rushing to get through the process as we were moving. I can now recommend Patterson as a dealership you can trust. Great sales staff, financing not so much. They are friendly, but don't do a good job explaining extra items they add to your financing without sharing the cost, implying that it is something they do for the customer. For example they added anti theft insurance, didn't explain the cost, something I would not have ever purchased. For this reason I can't recommend Patterson Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Kia. They also tried to sell us the vehicle at a higher price than advertised on the internet. We called them out on that and they honored the internet price.

Paterson / Dodge does all my vehicle Maintenance. I purchase all my units form them. Their sales and service department is the best. I give the an A plus.
